How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by phone, whatsapp or through reputable travel agencies and platforms.

How do I modify or cancel my booking?

Please contact our reservations team via email or phone with your booking details.

Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 2 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in please.

Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11 am. If you plan a late check out, let us know, and you have time just 2 pm may incur additional charges ($20). 

Payments:

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?

Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure your reservation or pay the first night

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash in the local currency.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

All applicable fees are included in your booking quote, but any extra services or amenities you utilize during your stay may incur additional charges.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer airport transfers for an additional fee. Please arrange this service in advance.

Do the rooms have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, all rooms have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Are pets allowed?

We are not a pet-friendly hotel sorry.

Yes, a continental or typical Costa Rica breakfast is included in all room rates.

Do you have an on-site restaurant?

Yes, we offer 4 free on-site parking for our guests.

Is Reception open 24 hours?

Non, Reception service is opening from 6 am to 10 pm

What attractions are near the hotel?

We’re located close to beaches, waterfalls, kayak tour…. Our front desk can provide more information.

Do you offer tour bookings?

Yes, our concierge service can assist with booking a variety of local tours.

Is there a Yoga Room in the hotel?

Yes, we have yoga classes in Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, if you want to book it, ask in reception. More info

What is the hotel's smoking policy?
